OUR ON-SITE TEAM
At Lighthouse, we are proud of the teams throughout our organization…especially our on-site professionals. These front-line team members, who provide daily service to our residents, demonstrate our commitment to quality in their dedicated management of our communities. Many of our team members begin their careers at one of our residential communities. Our on-site positions offer the best opportunity to learn and experience the property management industry from the ground up, while becoming familiar with our service standards and company values. When a prospective resident visits one of our communities, we want them to immediately experience the Lighthouse team’s professionalism and commitment to customer service.

By providing our team members with the best resources, tools, and training available, we develop cohesive and skilled teams that are perpetually mastering “The Basics” enabling Lighthouse to provide and maintain pleasant, comfortable communities that everyone can call “home.”

With our Executive and Support Teams located at a centrally-located corporate office, our front-line teams know that support is always nearby. With years of combined experience, these teams work behind the scenes to support, assist, and train our field personnel in a variety of property management topics: human resources and recruiting; budget control and finance; physical and landscape maintenance; computer operations; marketing and leasing; time and risk management; program compliance; fair housing practices; and supervision and management. The tight integration of these teams combines for a winning combination, insuring the successful operation of all of our communities. It all boils down to a common goal: to meet and exceed our customers expectations.
